There’s nothing quite like the joy of closing day — and for the Favorite family, it was a day full of excitement, gratitude, and one unforgettable surprise.

This amazing family recently closed on their brand-new home right here in Newnan, GA. From the very beginning, they poured their hearts into designing and building a home that perfectly fit their family’s needs. Every detail — from the layout to the finishes — was chosen with love and intention, making this house truly their own.

But the best part of closing day? Watching their two daughters discover the surprise of a lifetime. The girls had no idea their new home was ready for them, and the look on their faces as they explored each room was priceless. They quickly claimed their bedrooms, running with excitement and imagining all the memories they’ll create in their new spaces.
