Santa is Coming to Town!
The holiday magic is making its way to Peachtree City! We’re so excited to share that Santa himself is visiting our Mill Farms model home — and we want YOU and your family to join us! ✨
Join us on Saturday, December 13th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a festive morning! This FREE event is open to the public, so gather your family and friends and come enjoy holiday fun with Santa, sweet treats, a hot cocoa bar, activities for the kids, and more!

➡️ This event is taking place at our Model Home in Mill Farms at 317 Ruffian Circle Peachtree City, GA. GPS may not pull this address yet, so please use these directions:
From Atlanta, begin on I-85 S and take exit 242 to merge onto I-85 S toward Domestic, Montgomery. Drive 15 miles and take exit 61 toward Peachtree City. In 0.2 miles, turn left onto Senoia Road/SR-74. In 17 miles, turn left onto Redwine Road. The development is on your left in less than a mile.
From Newnan, begin on Bullsboro Drive/SR-34 E. Drive 13 miles and turn right onto SR-74 S. In 5.8 miles, turn left onto Redwine Road. In less than a mile, the development is on your left.
From Fayetteville, take I-85 S for 9.2 miles and turn right onto SR-74 N. In 1.3 miles, turn right onto Redwine Road. In less than a mile, the development is on your left.
